Solihull Tennis Club's Constitution sets out the purpose of the club and the rules governing its management. The latest version of the Constitution was approved at the 2021 AGM.
Solihull Tennis Club aims to provide a friendly and inclusive tennis environment for its members and guests. All members are respectfully asked to observe the following guidelines on good etiquette, and ensure that their guests do too.
This procedure forms the fire instruction notice for members, visitors, volunteers, contractors and consultants of Solihull Tennis Club. Its purpose is to prevent panic and ensure the safe, orderly and efficient evacuation of all occupants of the clubhouse if confronted with a fire or other emergency.
This policy sets out how STC will deal with your ‘personal information’, that is, information that could identify, or is related to the identity of, an individual.
This policy details how STC gathers, stores and manages data in line with data protection principles and the General Data Protection Regulation.
The purpose of this policy is to protect the integrity of STC's decision-making processes, to enable our stakeholders to have confidence in our integrity, and to protect the integrity and reputation of individual volunteers and committee members.
This procedure is intended to cover complaints relating to Solihull Tennis Club (STC), including its committees, coaches, volunteer officers, and members.
The following are excluded from this procedure:
• Safeguarding or child protection issues
• Issues that involve anyone aged under 18 years or an adult at risk
• Any complaints regarding decisions made by referees at competitions held under the jurisdiction of Solihull Tennis Club
